Community Organizatons

What are they and how do they function?
In classfication reasons, they are classfied as civil society non-profits that operate within a single community. The main driving factors are they are run on a 1) voluntary basis 2) are self funding.

We will examine the United Nations Model for organization and community structure. We will look at how they were formed and the vital role they serve in our worldwide and international community.

The United Nations
The United Nations was established in October 24, 2945. Their current membership extends to 192 member states with a total of 40,000 members. Since they are self-funding, their current budget is $4.171 billion USD. In actuality, the United Nations functions as a legal framework, as well as the "international Declaration of Independence" for the entire world.

United Nations Structure
The United Nations, like Titan Industrial Community, is made up of committees, commissions, boards, councils and panels.

Committees serve the purpose of fighting for particular causes, and subsequently hold conferences, delegations, and resolutions as a way to resolve their agendas.

For example the committee against torture or CAT is a body comprised of 10 independent experts that oversee whether the State committing the tortures are applying their resolutions in their countries.

One sample resume for an independent expert is from the United States.

Leading Into the Future Through Social Networking

The new format for teaching success is being handed a new model for social change. The new model proposes endorsing students learning progress, instant reporting to students based on their performance, videotaped reviews, and the methodology performed by teachers.

The top universities in the country have come together from Harvard University, Dartmouth University, Stanford University, University of Chicago, University of Michigan and University of Virginia to formulate opinions and develop new methodologies for recommending new improvements.

Teachers will be assessed based on their contributions to student scoring, and the intangibles whcih are inspiration, creativity, and improvements made in repsective regions. Since teachers have lowered their overall salaries and developmental skills have decreased as a result. Teacher's ongoing request center on their ability.

Colin Powell Continues to Help America

When Colin Powell wakes up every monring, it is his sense of civic duty that allows him to withstand the pressures of the working day. His awareness to public policy and political strength brings his unbiased attitude to government. Much less that his tactfulness for bringing people together, and working with the situation as best as he can. So what do we owe this living icon for America's rights? At the Colin Powell foundation Colin Powell's legacy for creating excellent programs continues. His greatest lesson can be our civic duty as citizens to contribute to our communities. Colin Powell's biography states this principle in very clear terms.

Other institutions such as UCLA call for civic duty, and we at Titan Industrial Community believe this principle wholeheartedly. WIth our unrelenting spirit to help our local community we strive ahead and create smaller units that participate in our areas of leadership.
